COVID-19 Update:

Due to the ongoing global crisis, please note that we are having delays at present with the production and dispatch of online orders. We will communicate any delays to you via email. We really appreciate your support and patience at this time. Hoping that you and your loved ones remain safe during these times.

Please note that the majority of our styles will be made to order in our studios which will take around 1 weeks time. Of course we understand that on some occasions orders may need to be received the next working day. If priority shipping is selected we will always do our best to despatch this for you in time, but we will always communicate with you on email with regards to your order.


Please note that Royal Mail International Airmail Tracked services are taking longer at the moment. There are also severe customs delays and this is taking up to 4 weeks in some countries. Unfortunately this is something that we have no control over. For any time sensitive deliveries please use the FedEx delivery option.

Please note that any orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to local customs, duties and taxes. The customer is fully responsible for these charges. For more information on this before ordering please consult your local customs authority. Customs, duties and taxes are non-refundable by Black & Brown if you chose to return your item(s) for any reason. If you choose to reject your parcel from customs, you will be liable for the return fee back to Black & Brown in London.

Please note that from the 1st July 2021 all EU orders will be subject to 20% VAT, which will also be the responsibility of the customer.

You will only pay one delivery charge per order.  When you add products to your Shopping Basket, you may select the appropriate delivery charge. You will always be able to see this charge before submitting your order.

Most parcels will be delivered by Royal Mail or DPD and will require a signature upon receipt. If you are out when the courier attempts to deliver your parcel, they will leave a card with a contact number for you to arrange a new delivery date. Please note that we do not deliver to Post Office (P.O.) boxes or shipping agent addresses.

UK orders for Next day delivery need to be received by 11am so they can be processed for delivery to you on the next working day. Orders received after the cut off time will be sent out the next working day. For anything urgent we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please contact us.

Please note that your order will only be shipped once payment and delivery details have been approved. You will be provided with the tracking number by email. If we are unable to for any reason fulfil your order in this time period then we will contact you to let you know our earliest possible shipment date. Should the delay be unacceptable to you then we will of course immediately issue you a full refund. Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to assure a timely delivery of your order, please note that there are instances where the item(s) ordered are made to order and therefore will take a little longer, however we will always notify the customer of any delays.

Please note that we are unable to send out packages on Weekends or Public Holidays. If you need your order urgently please contact us and we will do our very best to meet your needs.

Europe and Rest of the World

Please note that if you order products for delivery outside the UK then they may be subject to import duties, taxes and brokerage fees which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties, taxes and fees. Please note that unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

Please also be aware that if the items shipped were returned because the recipient is not willing to pay the applicable local taxes/ import duties, the delivery address is wrong or there is no one to accept the package, we are unable to refund shipping charges, custom charges and any return charges incurred.

Please note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.


If an item is available for pre-order, you will be able to see this once you have selected the colour and size of the product you want. To pre-order an item, you will need to add the available product colour and size to your shopping bag as if you were placing a normal website order. You will then need to follow the check-out process as normal and pay for the item. As soon as the item is available we will send it out. If your order contains a mix of pre-orders and in stock items, we will ship the pre-orders separately at no extra charge.  Please bear in mind that if you do place a pre-order it will be treated as a normal order and the monies will be taken from your account.
