Cancellation of orders

You may cancel your order provided that the order has not been shipped, and a full refund will be issued to your account. Please contact us immediately to notify us of the order you wish to cancel.

UK Exchange and Returns

If you would like to return a product purchased from Black & Brown London for an exchange or refund then you have 14 days within to do so from receipt of the order. Please contact us for a unique Returns Authorisation number before sending back any items so that we can process your return in a timely manner. The returned goods must be packaged in the same box or padded envelope or other equivalent to protect the goods during transit. The goods must in a new and unused state with the labels intact and any goods or accessories that accompany the returned product must also come back to us.  Please ensure all returns are sent back to us with proof of tracking to ensure a timely refund/exchange, as we cannot be held responsible for undelivered or lost returns. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you at your cost.

This returns policy does not affect your legal rights.

EU and International Exchange and Returns

Please note that we do not currently offer exchanges on any order shipped outside the UK. If you wold like a different size or colour, you will need to place a new order. If you would like to return a product purchased from Black & Brown London for an exchange or refund then you have 14 days within to do so from receipt of the order. Sales Returns

We offer refunds on undamaged Sale items purchased online within 7 days of it being received by you.

Products marked Final Sale are not eligible for a return or refund.

Faulty Items

We are really sorry if you have received a faulty item from us, we do try to ensure each item is checked and packed before shipping the item out. If the return is due to an incorrect, missing or faulty item(s) received then we will offer a full refund or replacement provided we are notified of this within 48 hours of receipt. Please contact us immediately with your name and order number with a brief explanation of the fault.  Items are classed as faulty if they are received damaged, or where it can be proven that there has been a manufacturing defect. Items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear shall not be considered faulty.

Any refund, which is due to a fault or other defect, will include a refund of the applicable delivery charge. Please note that we do not accept returns for merchandise that was not purchased via this web site. If you purchased merchandise from an authorised Black & Brown London retailer and you wish to return/exchange/refund your item(s), you must contact the original seller directly.
