Shopping at Black & Brown London is easy:

If you know what you are looking for, use the the tabs on the left hand side.

Once you have found an item, select the colour and your size, enter the quantity and then click on the 'BUY' button underneath each item.

Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the 'BASKET' link at the top of the page. You can use the 'VIEW/EDIT' link to amend or delete items from your shopping bag.

Click on 'CHECKOUT' to complete your order.

If you are unsure about which size to get, please refer to our Sizing Guide which shows hip and waist measurments in inches and centimetres and how we cut the sizes for our Leather Belts. If you need any additional information about sizing or if you don't see your size available and would like us to make a bespoke piece please email us via the 'Contact us' tab with the style and size you would like.

As all our leather belts and accessories are made in limited quantities, we may quickly run out of stock in certain sizes. However if there is a particular style or size you are after we will do our best to get one for you. Please contact us with the style/size/colour you require.

We accept all major Credit cards, Debit cards and PayPal payments. 

At Black & Brown, your personal online security is important to us. We use the latest SSL encryption technology to store and safely transmit your personal and credit card information through our systems. All orders are processed through a secure checkout. Additionally, for your safety and protection, we will confirm that the billing address you provide matches the address on file with your credit card company. Please also note that we do not store any card details oursleves.

Please note that your order will only be shipped once payment and delivery details have been approved. Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization.

Orders received before 12pm (Monday – Friday) will be processed and sent out the same day. Orders received after 12pm will be sent out the next working day. Please note that we are unable to send out packages on Weekends or Public Holidays – orders received on any of these days will be sent out the next working day (ie: Orders received after 12pm Friday will be sent out the following Monday)

Next Working Day Delivery is Monday to Friday only – Saturday delivery can be arranged by special request and at extra cost – please contact us at time of order if you require this service.

If we are unable for any reason to fulfil your order in this time period then we will contact you to let you know our earliest possible shipment date. Should the delay be unacceptable to you then we will immediately give you a full refund.

Please note that we are unable to deliver to Post Office boxes, apart from in the following countries: Bahrain, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. We do not deliver to forwarding addresses, which includes Aramex addresses.

Unfortunately, you may only ship to one address per order, the address to which the payment card being used is registered. This is just to ensure non-fradulent use of your card details.

Please note that we require proof of delivery for all orders. This means we are unable to authorise packages to be delivered without a signature.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your shipping details and an tracking number. If you have registered, you will be able to view and track the status of your shipment by signing in and selecting My Account followed by Order Status.

As we require a signature upon receipt, we cannot leave items any items without one. In the event of you not being able to receive the parcel, Royal Mail/UPS will leave a card with details on how to collect your package from the nearest or to re-arrange a delivery at a more convenient time.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch, we cannot be responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number.

If the item you received is not what you ordered or faulty, please contact Customer Services within 48 hours of receipt quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 14 days from receipt of the incorrect or faulty item to return it to us. Products returned because they were incorrect or faulty will be refunded in full excluding any discounts applied at time of sale, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you and the cost incurred by you in returning the item to us.

We offer refunds and exchanges on all items (except bespoke) returned to us within 14 days. Please email us via the 'Contact us' tab for a Returns Authorisation number. before sending back any items so we can process your return effeciently.

To exchange an item, simply specify the new size you require at the time of requesting your RMA number so we can reserve it for you as we have limited quantities available in our range. Please note that we are only able to offer size exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative style, we suggest that you return it for a refund and purchase the new item separately.
Items should be returned new, unused and with all tags still attached. We may not accept merchandise which is not received in the above specified conditions. Please note that all items need to be sent back by Special Delivery, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered items. All correctly returned products will be refunded to via the original method of payment, excluding shipping costs. Please be aware that it can take up to 10 working days for the refund to appear on your card account.

We do offer a repairs service and in most cases it is complimentary, however, depending on the nature of the repair we may need to incur a charge. For further information please email us via the 'Contact us' tab.
