Delivery & Returns

All orders are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery or courier service and will require a signature upon receipt. Please also note that delivery can only be made to the same address where the payment card is registered. Please note that your order will only be shipped once payment and delivery details have been approved. Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation.

Orders received before 12pm (Monday – Friday) will be processed and sent out the same day if there are any delays we will notify you of them. Orders received after 12pm will be sent out the next working day. Please note that we are unable to send out packages on Weekends or Public Holidays – orders received on any of these days will be sent out the next working day (ie: Orders received after 12pm Friday will be sent out the following Monday)

Next Working Day Delivery is Monday to Friday only – Saturday delivery can be arranged by special request and at extra cost – please contact us at time of order if you require this service.

If we are unable for any reason to fulfil your order in this time period then we will contact you to let you know our earliest possible shipment date. Should the delay be unacceptable to you then we will immediately give you a full refund.

When you add products to your Shopping Basket, the appropriate delivery charge will be added automatically. You will always be able to see this charge before submitting your order. All delivery timescales are subject to product and delivery slot availability. Delivery is next working day subject to availability. We do not deliver to Post Office (P.O.) boxes or shipping agent addresses. 

Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and Black & Brown London shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. The risk in the goods shall pass from the company to the customer upon delivery of such goods to the customer.

Postage
You will only pay one delivery charge per order, which will be the highest depending on the contents of your order and your chosen delivery service. When you have added items to your shopping basket, the standard delivery charge for those products will be automatically applied to your order.

Force Majeure
Black & Brown London shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.

Returns
If you would like to return a product purchased from Black & Brown London then you have 14 working days within to do so.  Please contact us for a unique Returns Authorisation number before sending back any items. The returned goods must be in a resalable state and any goods or accessories that accompany the returned product must also come back to us. Please ensure all returns are sent back to us via Royal Mail Special Delivery to ensure a timely refund/exchange, as we cannot be held responsible for undelivered or lost returns.

If the return is due to incorrect, missing or faulty items received then we will offer a full refund or replacement provided we are aware of this within 2 working days of receipt. Please contact us immediately via the 'Contact Us' tab. Any refund, which is due to a fault or other defect, will include a refund of the applicable delivery charge. We do not accept returns for merchandise that was not purchased via this web site. If you purchased merchandise from an authorised Black & Brown London retailer and you wish to return/exchange/refund your item(s), you must contact the original seller directly.

Cancellation of Orders
You are able to cancel your order prior to shipping with no cost penalty being incurred and full credit of your account if monies have already been taken. You can cancel an order via the 'Contact Us' tab.
